QBCC has introduced an updated appointment booking service with their QBCC Subject Matter Experts.Â
These appointments are available in-person (at their West End office) or online (via Microsoft Teams) for all Queenslanders, initially on matters relating to Licensing, Compliance & Enforcement (including Plumbing and Pools investigations), and Financial Compliance.Â
To access this service, customers should phone the Contact Centre on 139 333 to discuss their enquiry, as usual. The Contact Centre will then arrange an appointment with a Subject Matter Expert if they are unable to resolve the enquiry and where the SME is unavailable to take the call there and then.Â
Appointments are available between 9am and 3pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
MPAQ members have previously expressed concerns about the challenge of reaching a QBCC representative directly, a matter we have brought to QBCC’s attention. QBCC has been attentive to our feedback, and we appreciate their introduction of a dedicated callback service.
